<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inspection costs by commonly using the board of built-in computer equipment with various applications. <P>SOLUTION: A common basic inspection program to be executed in a manufacturing process is stored in a rewritable nonvolatile storage device (Flash ROM 6). An application program and an individual inspection program are stored in an SD card 7 of an attachable/detachable nonvolatile memory card. During manufacturing, an inspection end flag is turned off. When it is detected that the inspection end flag is turned off during power source ON, a basic inspection program and an individual inspection program relating to an external interface device are executed. When all the inspection results are normal, an inspection end flag is set. An electronic certificate to be used during communication with an external device is stored in an Flash ROM 6, and an electronic certificate is erased in the inspection process in the board of the application in which the electronic certificate is not used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
