<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect a condition where rotation speed of a rotor can not be detected by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A rotation sensor 110 and a generator 120 are mounted on a shaft 400 connected to a windmill 300. The rotation sensor 110 detects rotation of the windmill 300 and gives output to a rotation speed detection circuit 142. The rotation speed detection circuit 142 detects rotation speed of the windmill 300 and a charging circuit 143 detects a value of charging current when power generated by the generator 120 is charged to a battery 144. An abnormality detection circuit 145 detects the condition where the rotation speed detection circuit 142 can not detect rotation speed of the windmill 300 based on detection result of the rotary speed detection circuit 142 and detection result of the charging circuit 143. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
