MANAGEMENT DEVICE FOR PASSING VEHICLE, MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR UNAUTHORIZED PASSING VEHICLE AND MANAGEMENT METHOD BY THEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device for passing vehicles capable of certainly detecting a vehicle trying to fraudulently pass in a closely contact state with a little interval.

SOLUTION: This management device for passing vehicles has: an automatic toll machine 40 receiving operation for making a vehicle 70 pass; a laser sensor 20 detecting the number of passing vehicles 70; and a control computer 10 detecting the passage of the vehicles 70 of a number larger than the number of the vehicles received from the automatic toll machine 40 to detect the vehicles 70 as closely contacted vehicles 70b. The laser sensor 20 comprises: a laser irradiation part radiating a laser beam 21; a laser light reception part receiving a reflected laser beam 22 of the laser beam 21 radiated from the laser irradiation part; and a vehicle detection part detecting the passing vehicle from the reflected laser beam 22 received by the laser light reception part. The laser sensor 20 is disposed on a fixed pole 23 wherein the laser beam 21 can be radiated from above the vehicle 70.
