PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal that automatically makes settings etc., of whether an incoming call is received or rejected according to movement states of the owner. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal having a vibration sensor, includes a vibration recording section which records information regarding a vibration frequency per unit time detected by the vibration sensor and amplitudes of the vibrations, a movement state judgment section which judges a vibration frequency within a predetermined time based upon the vibration frequency per unit time recorded in the vibration recording section and judges movement states of the owner of the mobile terminal using the information on the vibration frequency and amplitudes, and an incoming call control section which sets whether the mobile terminal is allowed to accept an incoming call or rejects it, wherein the movement state judgment section passes information on the judged movement states of the owner to an incoming control section, which sets the mobile terminal is allowed to accept the incoming call or rejects it based upon the information on the movement states received from the movement state judgment section.
