PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a new waterproof connector box that prevents moisture such as rainwater from intruding through a gap at the rear face part of a connector or a gap at each part of a casing, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The waterproof connector box is provided with at least one connector 9, which is mounted to a housing 12 and in which a joint terminal 14 connected with another connector is arranged on a base 13, and a casing 2 that is mounted with the connector 9 while storing a connecting member 24 electrically connected with the joint terminal 14. An adhesive filler 18 is filled between the base 13 and the joint terminal 14 and between the base 13 and the housing 12 from the rear-face side of the connector 9. An insulating resin 19 is filled into the casing 2. The waterproof connector box manufacturing method is composed of first/second filler filling steps for filling the adhesive filler from the rear-face side of the connector 9 and first/second insulating resin filling steps for filling the insulating resin into the casing 2.
