PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member capable of efficiently transferring resonance frequency to high frequency side. SOLUTION: The member comprises a foam of a composition containing a thermoplastic resin, a reinforcing fiber and an acid-modified polyolefin. In the member, expansion ratio of the foam is 1.2-3.0 times and Q value defined by formula (1): Q=[Y]/[X] [wherein [Y] is resonance frequency (Hz) measured by a central vibration method; [X] is t×√(E/ρ) (wherein t is a thickness (mm) of the foam; E is a flexural modulus (MPa) of the foam;ρis a density (g/cm<SP>3</SP>) of the foam)] is 1.5-3.0.
