PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice hulling and sorting device which can discharge hulls accompanying increase in amount of returned hulls and is improved in operability. SOLUTION: The rice hulling and sorting device 1 is provided with a rice hulling part 11 hulling hulls (raw cereal grains) with a hulling roller 11c; a wind selection part 12 sorting mixed rice (mixed cereal grains) like empty hulls or brown rice obtained from the rice hulling part 11; an empty hull returning device 7 carrying empty hulls (intermediate cereal grains) containing small rice sorted by the wind selection part 12; and a rocking sorting part 18 further sorting hulls or brown rice (sorted cereal grains) sorted by the wind selection part 12. The empty hull returning device 7 comprises a spiral part 7a and a perforated mesh 30.
