PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a front door from being fraudulently opened with a forged front door key or a fraudulent implement. SOLUTION: A pass signal receiving part 91 and a pass signal storage device 92 constitute an external device pass signal receiving/storing means for receiving and storing pass information transmitted from a pass signal generation management device 931. A projection part 675 and a phototransistor 673 constitute a front door key pass information reading means for reading the pass information stored in a door key 600. A pass signal determination device 93 compares the pass signal stored in the pass signal storage device 92 with the pass signal read by the phototransistor 673, and connects/disconnects a front door cylinder lock rotor 612 and a front side slave shaft 803 based on the result of comparison.
