PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force distributing device having a smaller size and higher reliability. SOLUTION: A used motor 32 is a brushless motor having a hollow rotor 32a. The motor 32 is arranged radially outside of a planetary gear mechanism 31 and a shift mechanism 51 coaxially with a first output shaft 12L. It is then stored in a housing 11 (a second housing 16b) together with the planetary gear mechanism 31 and the shift mechanism 51. A ring portion 45b of a planetary carrier 45 as a connection portion to the motor 32 is connected to the motor 32 with outer teeth 50 formed on the outer periphery thereof and spline-fitted to the inner peripheral face of the rotor 32a.
