PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain and a power transmission device, capable of improving assembling efficiency by preventing erroneous assembling. SOLUTION: At least one of a first pin 14 and a second pin 15 is formed so that the shape of a rolling contact face 14c and the shape of a link contact face 14d are line symmetrical with respect to the center line 10 of the cross section of the pin 14.
