摘要 <p>A radiating material comprising a highly thermally conductive material and a resin, the highly thermally conductive material being contained in an amount of 50-95 mass%. The radiating material has excellent radiating properties. The radiating material especially preferably is one in which the highly thermally conductive material is a material comprising graphite and having a bulk density of 1.2-2.2 g/cm<SUP>3</SUP> and which has a radiation ratio of the radiating surface as measured at 60°C of 0.40 or higher, a thickness-direction thermal conductivity of 10 W/mK or higher, a plane-direction thermal conductivity of 30 W/mK or higher, a shape of a fin structure, an overall height of 1 mm or larger, and a specific heat of 0.85 J/gK or less and has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the side opposite to the radiating surface, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having a thermal conductivity of 0.5 W/mK or higher.</p>
