<p>A humidity-regulating sheet (10) excellent in the reversibility and responsibility of moisture absorbing/releasing performance. When the ambient humidity is high, the sheet (10) can rapidly absorb moisture. Conversely, when the ambient humidity is low, the sheet (10) can rapidly release the moisture absorbed. The sheet (10) is a humidity-regulating sheet having a humidity-regulating layer (7) which comprises humidity-regulating particles (3) which absorb/release water vapor reversibly and thermoplastic resin particles (4) with which the particles (3) have been bonded to one another into a sheet form. The humidity-regulating layer (7) has a porosity of 5% or higher. The layer has a high proportion of interstices (8) formed among the humidity-regulating particles (3) and (3). The interstices (8) among the humidity-regulating particles (3) and (3) are hence utilized as a water retention space for moisture absorption/release. Thus, not only the moisture-absorbing/releasing ability inherent in the humidity-regulating particles but the moisture-absorbing/releasing ability attributable to the interstices among the humidity-regulating particles can be utilized to obtain high reversible moisture-absorbing/releasing performance and excellent responsibility concerning moisture absorption/release.</p>
