<p>A food and material management apparatus for managing food and materials for food production is provided. The food and material management apparatus includes: a food material information processing unit receiving production information of a food product, and obtaining information for materials required to produce the food product, on the basis of proportion information of an in-process material group which is read through a recursive call using a connection pointer between food products, and a stock information processing unit updating stock information based on pre-stored material purchase information according to the information for materials required to produce the food product. Therefore, the food and material management apparatus enables a user to integratedly manage and computerize information about food materials, food production and sale, and stock, thereby enhancing the efficiency of management.</p> |
