The invention relates to polymer powder compositions that can be redispersed in water, said compositions containing between 0.1 and 70 wt. % of at least one fatty acid anhydride, in relation to the total weight of the polymer powder composition. The invention also relates to the use of said powder in hydraulically binding systems.
