<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment capable of alleviating collision impact against all the circumference of an automobile or the like which is exposed to an impact hazard from an offending object, and capable of decreasing damages to the automobile or the like, passengers, animals and objects in the automobile, considering that a conventional vehicle bumper can only cover the lower part of front and rear faces of the automobile and can not alleviate collision impact against the other faces, and an airbag installed in the automobile can only alleviate collision impact against the passengers. <P>SOLUTION: An equipment is provided which can quickly and surely alarm passengers in the automobile in a stepwise fashion according to a degree of risk by means of an acoustic and luminescent system just before the automobile gets too close to the distance which causes unavoidable collision. Moreover, the airbags are provided around the circumference of the automobile or the like to absorb collision impact to decrease damages to the automobile or the like, passengers, animals and objects in the automobile by their expansion just before the automobile gets too close to the distance which causes unavoidable collision. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
