<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to select a main channel or a subchannel through key operation which is easy to intuitively understand. <P>SOLUTION: When an up or down key of a remote control transmitter 41 is pressed while a program is displayed on the screen of a TV microcomputer 21, the numbers of a main channel and a subchannel being displayed at present are displayed and when the up or down key is pressed in this state, subchannels included in the main channel are switched up or down. When a left key is pressed in this state, a switching mode of subchannels is changed to a switching mode of the main channel and when the up or down key is pressed in this state, the main channels are switched up or down. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
