<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food composition of a new form, for facilitating absorption of components having physiological function from the mouth mucosa, and supplying physiological functional components into the body in a form of receiving no effect of dissolution/metabolism in digestive organs. <P>SOLUTION: This food composition is obtained by including thickening polysaccharides and physiological functional components so as to bring a viscosity at 33-36°C to 15,000-130,000 cP.
