<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently create an interaction scenario which is required for a natural language interaction system for carrying out operation for a device and a computer program based on user's request. <P>SOLUTION: The interaction scenario is formed from a document in which functions and operation methods of the device and the computer program are described in natural language. First, in a document item extraction section 106, only object items are extracted from the document according to a predetermined rule. Then, in an extraction item analysis section 108, a content of the extracted item is analyzed and required information is extracted, according to an expression rule which is specific to an object document. A command and a parameter corresponding to the extracted information are obtained from a developer. In an interactive scenario creation section 110, the interactive scenario is created, based on the information extracted from the document, the information obtained from the developer, and the rule which is provided beforehand. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
