<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical plate capable of improving the usage rate of light beam. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical plate formed by integrally molding a first transparent layer, a second transparent layer, and a scattering layer, the scattering layer includes a transparent resin arranged between the first transparent layer and the second transparent layer, and scattering particles distributed in the transparent resin; and a plurality of truncated conical recesses are formed on each of the surfaces of the first transparent layer and the second transparent layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
