PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure and a mounting method capable of mounting a speaker instrument onto a ceiling and a wall easily and safely. SOLUTION: The speaker instrument 1 has a flat low-pitched tone enhancement section 24. In a mounting tool 10, an installation wall 11, a holding wall 12, and a sidewall 13 are formed integrally, and a U-shaped groove 16 is formed by the walls. Two mounting tools 10 are installed on a ceiling wall 101 while they are being arranged in parallel. The two mounting tools 10 hold the flat low-pitched tone enhancement section 24 by the U-shaped grooves 16 opposing mutually, thus sandwiching the speaker instrument 20. In this case, the speaker instrument 20 is installed on the ceiling wall 101 temporarily only by sliding the flat low-pitched tone enhancement section 24 to the U-shaped groove 16. Further, the speaker instrument 20 is brought into contact with the side wall 102 for fixing to the mounting tool 10, thus fixing to the ceiling wall 101 and the sidewall 102.
