PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens unit which is capable of adjusting a focus, in the state of the lens unit holding an imaging lens in a lens frame. SOLUTION: The lens unit has the imaging lens provided with a first cam whose position in an optical axis direction is changed or a second cam contact portion around a first lens surface on an object side and the lens frame which holds the imaging lens and includes a second cam with which a first cam contact portion with which the first cam comes into contact or the second cam contact portion comes into contact, to change the position in the optical axis direction.
