PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a stirring mechanism constituted so that the container and a sonic wave emitting means are fixed for use and capable of separating the container and the sonic wave producing means if necessary, and to provide an autoanalyzer. SOLUTION: The container with the stirring mechanism used in the autoanalyzer for analyzing the physiological sample held at every container and the autoanalyzer are disclosed. The container with the stirring mechanism includes a container main body 7 for holding a liquid containing a physiological sample, a surface elastic wave element 8 for irradiating the container main body 7 with a liquid stirring sonic wave and a cuvet wheel 6 for fixing the container main body and the surface elastic wave element in a freely detachable manner.
