PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a floor board in a cabin, even when storing a rear seat in a storage recessed part. SOLUTION: In this floor board structure, a floor board plate 6 is constituted of a pair of divided board plates 6a and 6b of substantially rectangular shapes in plane view divided into two in a vehicle body right and left direction. A pair of substantially box-shaped floor board bodies 10-1 and 10-2 are constituted by standing planar long side walls 7-1 and 7-2 and short side walls 8-1 and 8-2 in long side parts 6a-1 and 6b-1 on one side adjacent to each other and short side parts 6a-3 and 6b-3 on one side, respectively, of the divided board plates 6a and 6b, and standing cylindrical supporting members 9-1 and 9-2 in corner parts 6a-5 and 6b-5, respectively, in which long side parts 6a-2 and 6b-2 and short side parts 6a-4 and 6b-4 on the other side cross. By locating both the divided board plates 6a and 6b on a lower part side and storing both the floor board bodies 10-1 and 10-2 in the storage recessed part in a butted state of the short side parts with each other on the other sides of the floor board bodies 10-1 and 10-2, the rear seat 4 is stored in a recessed part 13 formed by both of the floor board bodies 10-1 and 10-2 in the storage recessed part.
