PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily unlock a general tip-up type bicycle stand having a kick lever without impairing the reliability of a lock operation and with suppression of an increase of cost. SOLUTION: This unlocking device is provided in the bicycle provided with the tip-up stand 1 having the kick lever 4 and a band brake 30 for braking the rear wheel. The unlocking device has an engagement element 10 and a driving element 11. When operating a brake lever for braking rear the wheel, the driving element 11 fixed to an oscillation link of the band brake 30 is engaged with the engagement element 10 fixed to the kick lever 4 to move the kick lever 4 to the unlocking position.
