PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump and a balance cover, repeatedly adjusting a rotational balance amount to improve ease of balance work and secure use function. SOLUTION: The balance cover joined with rotor structure, comprises: a flat plate installed on the rotor structure; a plurality of rotary blades each having one end joined with the flat plate and the other end joined with the rotor structure, and each having at least one perforating hole; and at least one balance element installed in the perforating hole.
