PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head treating tool of a cast-in-place concrete pile, capable of reducing labor of a worker, by speeding up a construction process of the cast-in-place concrete pile with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This pile head treating tool 1 has a cylindrical treating tool body 2 deriving a body suspender 3 upward, and a concrete material following body 20 of a structure for deriving an auxiliary suspender 21 above the treating tool body 2 from respective following piece parts 21A and 21B, putting the lower end side of the treating tool body 2 in an opening state when suspended via the body suspender 3 and forming a concrete material storage area 40 when suspended via the auxiliary suspender 21, by respectively rotatably arranging a plurality of following piece parts 21A and 21B in a wall part in the treating tool body 2, and also facing its projecting end 22a, 22b side to the lower end side of the treating tool body 2.
