PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly place concrete without depending on the seat-of-the-plants of a supervisor and a worker. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises: a first concrete detector 11 which is arranged at a standard placing height; a second concrete detector 12 which is arranged at a limit placing height above the standard placing height; a first light-emitting device 13 which emits light when the first concrete detector 11 detects the concrete; and a second light-emitting device 14 which emits light in a luminescent color different from that of the first light-emitting device 13, when the second concrete detector 12 detects the concrete.
