PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trouble analyzing system for extracting information for determining easily a cause of abnormality. SOLUTION: This trouble analyzing system 100 is provided, for example, with: a central control unit 2 for outputting control information 3 for controlling control-objective equipment 4 in an electric power station or the like, and for determining an operation state of the control-objective equipment 4, based on equipment operation information 5 indicating states concerned in a plurality of devices constituting the control-objective equipment 4; and a peripheral equipment controller 6 for collecting the equipment operation information 5 to be transmitted to the central control unit 2, and for outputting a determination result concerned in the operation states, based on an indication from the central control unit 2. The central control unit 2 is provided with a database 1 for accumulating the equipment operation information 5, and a CRT 7 and a printer 8 are connected to the peripheral equipment controller 6.
