The angiography device (1) comprises a X-ray source (3) and an associated detector (4) with an image processing unit (5), an image display unit (6) and a control unit (8). An electrocardiogram-device (9) is provided for determining complete cardiac cycle. The control unit records infinite loop of images of complete cardiac cycle, which are represented on the image display unit. The detector is a digital flat detector, which is an image amplifier unit. An independent claim is also included for an angiography method for x-ray diagnosing vasculars of patient, filled with contrast agent.
