The camshaft adjuster has a second sealing element in at least one of two pressure chambers (3,4) so that the pressure chamber is divided into two pressure sub-chambers when a locking device is in a locking position. A drive part is in the form of an outer rotor with a corresponding inner rotor. An independent claim is also included for an internal combustion engine with a camshaft adjuster.
