An ultrasonographic device includes: a displacement/distortion calculation unit (12) which obtains a distortion distribution of a biometric portion of a scan plane when pressed by an ultrasonic probe (1) in order to accurately perform comparative observation of an ultrasonogram with a reference image captured by a medical diagnosis device other than the ultrasonographic device; and a non-pressed image generation unit (5) which corrects the ultrasonogram according to the distortion distribution obtained by the displacement/distortion calculation unit and generates a corrected ultrasonographic image in the non-pressed state; or a pressed image creation unit (40) which generates a corrected reference image by adding a distortion equivalent to that of the ultrasonogram to the reference image according to the distortion distribution obtained by the displacement/distortion calculation unit (12).
