摘要 An information storage device using magnetic domain wall movement and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to change positions of magnetic layers for writing, connection and information storage in order to increase mobility and reliability of the device and store a lot of data. An information storage device using magnetic domain wall movement comprises a write magnetic layer(100), lamination structures, and a read unit. The write magnetic layer has a magnetic domain wall. The lamination structures, formed on the write magnetic layer, are laminated with connection magnetic layers(200) and information storage magnetic layers(300) sequentially. The read unit is configured to read the information stored in the information storage magnetic layers.
