<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that uses a cart robot for guiding a user to the required location at a shopping center, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the system for guiding the user to a shopping route, a management server stores information on locations of merchandise shelves, congestion information from cameras in a shop and route information from the cart robot, and transmits the information to the cart robot.
