DIRECT MAIL ISSUING SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DM issuing system for setting the upper limit threshold of the storage number of DM corresponding to print processing power and changing the method of DM print and issuance processing and sending processing when the number of non-printed DMs exceeds the upper limit threshold.

SOLUTION: The system for successively reading, printing and issuing the DM whose issuance time limit has come and sending it to addressees is provided with: a DM storage number threshold information DB storing the upper limit threshold for the number of non-printed DMs stored in a DM identification information DB; a spool information DB storing the print and issuance priority of each DM for each addressee; an additional output specifying processing part for moving up and setting the issuance time limit of the non-printed DM when the number of the non-printed DMs stored in the DM identification information DB is equal to or larger than the upper limit threshold stored in the DM storage number threshold information DB and adding the print and issuance number of DMs per day on and after the set date; and a spool preparation and sorting processing part for setting the print and issuance priority to the DM selected as the object of the print and issuance by the additional output specifying processing part. Each DM is printed and issued according to the order set in the spool preparation and sorting processing part.
