<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for reducing a load of a host computer connected to an automatic transaction device by performing customer confirmation using biological information without using an IC card, and comparing pieces of biological information by the automatic transaction device. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic transaction device is provided with a display operation part 5; a biological information acquisition part 6; and a card reader/writer part 8. A password and dispensing transaction information inputted by the display operation part 5 are transmitted to the host computer 10, and the host computer 10 performs customer confirmation on the basis of the password, and decides whether or not dispensing transaction is possible on the basis of the dispensing transaction information. Then, dispensing instruction notification and registration finger vein information transmitted from the host computer 10 are received, and the finger vein information of the customer is acquired by the biological information acquisition part 6, and the finger vein information is compared with the registered finger vein information, and when both pieces of the finger vein information are matched, cash is dispensed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
