PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus with a cabinet, which allows only an information plate on the cabinet and its attachment part to be easily separated without use of a dedicated device by only applying an impact with a slight force. SOLUTION: A groove 0105 is provided in a backside peripheral edge 0104 of an area 0102 to which an information plate 0103 like a name plate of a cabinet 0101 should be stuck.
