PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the reduction in quality and malfunction of a display device due to the occurrence of EMI by decreasing EMI. SOLUTION: The display device includes a display panel for displaying an image, an accommodating member which accommodates the display panel, at least one printed circuit board installed on a back side of the accommodating member, and an electromagnetic wave shielding member which is disposed between the accommodating member and the printed circuit board and includes a plurality of protrusions for intercepting electromagnetic waves.
