PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic meter that automatically allows immediate confirmation of no error in written matter, without the need for reconfirming, when writing communication ID into a memory by means of communication. SOLUTION: When setting communication ID for an electronic water meter, the communication ID is written to the memory via communication I/F. As the communication ID, 76032 is used which is a marking number for meter management to be convenient for matching, and the like in placement. When the communication ID is written to the memory, the written communication ID is displayed for a fixed period of time (5 seconds, for example) on an integrated value display part 22, as shown by a sign 30 in Figure.
