PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tweezers easily inserting a pin at a sure position without requiring a special skill by solving a problem in which, when fixing a vascular wall to the pin on a vascular anastomosis ring, conventionally, a stump section of the blood vessel is pulled down with the tweezers to insert the pin therein; however, the vascular wall is slippery or thick, and it is difficult to surely insert the pin at an accurate position. SOLUTION: The tweezers are provided with tip parts formed with an opening part penetrating through the lower face and upper face of the tip part when closing the tweezers and connected to a grip part at 120-150°to the side face. The tips clamp the stump of the vascular wall, guide it to an appropriate position of the pin on the ring, push down the blood vessel for passing the pin through the opening part, and inserts the pin to fix the vascular wall.
