PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic having a high moisture retaining effect with time and an excellent durability of effects even under a severe environment. SOLUTION: The skin cosmetic comprises (A) a polyhydric alcohol-modified silicone represented by general formula (1): R<SP>1</SP><SB>a</SB>R<SP>2</SP><SB>b</SB>R<SP>3</SP><SB>c</SB>SiO<SB>(4-a-b-c)/2</SB>(wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-30C alkyl group or the like; R<SP>2</SP>is a group represented by general formula (3): -Q-O-X (wherein, Q is a 3-20C bifunctional hydrocarbon group which may contain an ether bond and/or an ester bond; X is a polyhydric alcohol-substituted hydrocarbon group); 1.0≤a≤2.5, 0.001≤b≤1.5 and 0.001≤c≤1.5) and (B) a silicone-based polymer in which a poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) composed of a repeating unit represented by formula (5) (wherein, R is H, a 1-22C alkyl group or the like; x is a number of 2 or 3) is bonded through a hetero atom-containing alkylene group to a terminal or at least one of side-chain silicon atoms of an organopolysiloxane segment.
