The transducer has a sensor arrangement held proportionately at a counter oscillator (20) for detecting the oscillations of a measuring tube (10). An exciter arrangement (40) is held proportionately at the counter oscillator for driving the measuring tube. A transducer housing (30) is fixed at an inlet pipe piece (11) and an outlet pipe piece (12). Multiple connecting lines (60) are provided for the exciter arrangement and/or the sensor arrangement, where one of the connecting lines is held at one of two brackets.
