A lamp mount station for backlight unit and a lamp mount system for backlight unit using the same are provided to perform transfer of a backlight unit where a lamp is installed, installation and test of the lamp installed in the backlight unit easily and efficiently through an automation process, thereby improving production efficiency of the backlight unit. A transfer station(200) transfers a rear chassis of a backlight unit where a lamp will be mounted. The transfer station comprises plural vertical frames(210a), plural horizontal frames(210b), an input support unit(214), a mount support unit(215), a test support unit(216), and a discharge support unit(217). A lamp input hopper(350a,350b) drops the lamp to a clamp and a socket of the rear chassis transferred by the transfer station. A lamp pressing unit is disposed in one side of the lamp input hopper, and presses the lamp mounted on the socket and the clamp so as to mount the lamp on the socket and the clamp. Y axis transfer devices transfer the lamp input hopper and the lamp pressing unit in an arrangement direction of the lamp according as the lamp is mounted on the socket and the clamp. |
