MICRONEEDLE ARRAY, MOLD AND METHOD FOR MOLDING THEREOF

A micro-needle array, a mold, and a molding method for the same are provided to supply materials for skin care or medicinal fluid to the skin stably through a passage formed at a micro-needle regardless of hydrophilicity or molecular weight of the medicinal fluid or extract body fluids smoothly. A micro-needle array is composed of a substrate(10) having the predetermined thickness and size and at least one micro-needle(20) protruded from one surface of the substrate in the predetermined length and composed of first and second passages(22,23). A protruded end portion(21) of the micro-needle forms the tip. The first passage is formed at the predetermined height from the tip by inserting the peripheral surface to the inside and opening the surface to the outside. The second passage is formed at the predetermined height from the first passage. The second passage penetrates through the surface of the substrate to form a hollow part. The first and second passages communicate with each other at a boundary.
