<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the reception state of a bin tag display device with respect to all the bin tag display devices inside a shop in a short period of time at low power consumption in an electronic bin tag system by which data such as sales price received from a management device is displayed on the big tag display devices. <P>SOLUTION: A big tag controller 11 transmits the same confirmation signal transmission text to all the bin tag display devices 13 inside the shop at the preset time. When the confirmation signal transmission text is received the bin tag display device 13 makes the data displayed at a display part flicker. In the bin tag display device 13 which can not receive the confirmation signal transmission text, the display of the display part is left as it is.
