<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of creating dental treatment records using images and prevent input errors in dental treatment records. <P>SOLUTION: A dental treatment record generation system has an image storage means 21 storing a plurality of dental images, a comment storage means 22 storing a plurality of comments, a request reception means 11 for receiving treatment information and a request to edit an image for the treatment information, an image specification means 12 for specifying a dental image corresponding to the treatment information from the image storage means 21, a comment extraction means 13 for extracting a plurality of comments from the comment storage means 22 according to the treatment information, a generation means 15 for generating an edit screen including the dental image specified by the image specification means 12 and the plurality of comments extracted by the comment extraction means 13, and a registration means 16 for registering and associating a comment selected in the edit screen and the dental image displayed in the edit screen in a dental treatment record storage means 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
