<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial probe which can be easily inserted into a body, has small reflection of power to a power amplifier, and has high radiation efficiency of electromagnetic waves. <P>SOLUTION: The coaxial probe has a dielectric substance between an inner conductive body 2 and an outer conductive body 3. The coaxial probe comprises a transmission line part with a first dielectric body 4, a probe part with a second dielectric body 5, and an impedance matching part with a third dielectric body 6. The end point of the probe part is formed in a cone shape from the inner conductive body 2 to the outer conductive body 3 and has a tip end exposing the inner conductive body 2 and the dielectric body 5 therefrom to make its shape capable of being easily inserted into a living body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
