PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate restoration processing to data frames including data packets having been resent while improving the throughput even in retransmission processing when a plurality of data packets are generated from data frames and transmitted simultaneously.

SOLUTION: A transmit-side radio station generates the plurality of data packets equal in required transmission time to one another from one or more data frames stored in a transmission buffer, and transmits them in parallel. When a successful acknowledgement packet transmitted from a receive-side radio station is received to recognize that transmission of some data packets is successful, only data packets whose transmission ends in failure are retransmitted. When no successful acknowledgement packet is received, the plural data packets are retransmitted. When the successful acknowledgement packet is received to recognize that the transmission of all the data packet having been transmitted in parallel is successful, next transmission processing is started.
