PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve service performance of finding the cause of abnormality by reducing a memory capacity of an operating data collecting device for analyzing abnormality to be simplified. SOLUTION: The operating data is retrieved by a processing device 201 from a transferring passage 103 for transferring the operating data between devices of the air conditioner 100 including an outdoor unit 101 and an indoor unit 102, and recorded in a volatile memory 202 by overwriting by a set time with time information, and the operating data recorded in the volatile memory is transferred and recorded in a nonvolatile memory 206 when a signal indicating the abnormality of the device is detected in the operating data, thus the capacity of the volatile memory can be kept small, and the operating data necessary for finding the cause of abnormality can be surely collected to analyze the cause of abnormality.
