PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means enabling attachment/detachment of an inner seal without removing an end cap of a linear guide device. SOLUTION: The linear guide device is provided with a rail 2 having a rail track groove 5; a slider 6 having a slider track groove 8 opposed to the rail track groove 5 and a return passage 10 and linearly reciprocated on the rail 2; the end cap 11 arranged at front and rear ends in a movement direction of the slider 6 and having a direction-change passage 12; and a ball 9 circulated in a circulation passage for communicating a load passage by the direction-change passage 12 and the return passage 10. It is mounted between a retreating surface c of the slider 6 and a rail upper surface 2a by a fixing unit 30 having the inner seal 21 having a lip part 24 slide-contacted with the rail upper surface 2a, a fitting part 34 fitted to a fitting hole 33 of the end cap 11 and a support part 31 for supporting a support projection 27 of an engagement recession part 26 of the inner seal 21.
