PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively increase the power of power supply, without enlarging a radio wave generating set. SOLUTION: The radio generating set has an antenna part 10, a power generation module part 20 connected to the output side of the antenna part, and an accumulation part 40 connected to the output side of the power generation module part. The antenna part 10 has a plurality of antennas 12 composed of conductive patterns, and the plurality of antennas 12 are arranged on a board. The power generation module part 20 comprises a plurality of series modules 30, to which power generation circuits 31 in a plurality of stages are connected in series, and the plurality of series modules 30 are connected, parallel to one another in between output nodes N1, N2 on the board. Incoming radio waves are received by each antenna 12, electric charges are taken in from an output signal of the antenna 12 in each power generation module 31, the electric charges taken in are summed and are accumulated in the accumulating part 40.
